PAYMENTS
Payment is made 100% first (after you approve an initial sketch), once the payment is made the work will start and it will be delivered to you completed as soon as possibleREVISIONS
The initial sketch is for approval to make payment, so feel free to change it until you are satisfiedOnce approved, major changes will no longer be accepted, unless it is in some color or small details (this is only viable in the process of outlining or flat coloring)Major changes will have a charge (this last point does not apply to YCH)In YCH they only apply colors, objects, small additions and expressionsDEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Artist reserves the right to display commissioned artworks on social media/portfolios ( with clients approval).REFUNDS
No refunds are issued after the flat colors stage of the artwork.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of absolute emergency or lack of communication from the artist. However, feel free to talk to me at any time

Loli/ShotaPor favor, envía o adjunta las imágenes de referencia necesarias para la ilustración. Si ocurre algún inconveniente con la entrega de tu comisión, te lo notificaré de inmediato. Trabajo en inglés y español. De cualquier forma, siéntete libre de preguntar si tu comisión es posible, incluso si no la ves en estas listas.

PAGOS
El pago se realiza al 100% por adelantado (después de que apruebes un boceto inicial). Una vez hecho el pago, el trabajo comenzará y se te entregará terminado lo antes posible.REVISIONES
El boceto inicial es para aprobación antes de realizar el pago, así que siéntete libre de pedir cambios hasta que estés satisfecho/a.
Una vez aprobado, no se aceptarán cambios mayores, excepto en colores o pequeños detalles (esto solo es viable durante el proceso de delineado o coloreado plano).
Los cambios mayores tendrán un costo adicional (este último punto no aplica para YCH).
En los YCH solo se aplican cambios de color, objetos, pequeñas adiciones y expresiones.PLAZOS Y ENTREGA
En general, tu comisión será entregada en aproximadamente un mes (puede ser un poco más o menos dependiendo de la complejidad).
Si tienes una fecha de entrega especial, por favor especifícala o contáctame para acordar un plazo.USO
Por lo general, es solo para uso personal.
Si deseas usarlo para streams o publicidad, házmelo saber y especifícalo.
Para merch, se cobrará un 30% adicional sobre el precio original.
Está prohibido su uso para IA o NFTs.DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
La artista se reserva el derecho de mostrar las obras comisionadas en redes sociales y/o portafolios (con la aprobación del cliente).REEMBOLSOS
No se realizan reembolsos después de la etapa de colores planos.
Los reembolsos solo aplican en casos de emergencia absoluta o falta de comunicación por parte de la artista.

Rights of the Client and the Artist

Client Rights

The client has the right to receive the commissioned artwork as described and agreed upon before payment.The client may request changes during the initial sketch stage until approval. Minor adjustments may be requested during the coloring process, according to the stated revision policy.The client has the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal use. Any commercial use (such as streams, promotion, or merchandise) must be discussed and approved beforehand and may require an additional fee.The client has the right to clear communication regarding progress, deadlines, and any unforeseen delays related to their commission.

Artist Rights

The artist retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.The artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork on social media, portfolios, and promotional platforms, with the client’s consent.The artist has the right to refuse or cancel a commission if it violates the stated Terms of Service or involves prohibited content.The artist has the right to charge additional fees for major revisions, commercial usage, or requests outside the original agreement.
The artist may decline revisions that significantly alter the original approved concept.

Unique Clause – Mutual Respect

Both the client and the artist agree to maintain respectful and professional communication throughout the commission process. Harassment, pressure, or disrespectful behavior from either party may result in the cancellation of the commission without obligation to continue the service.
